Like I said the most important aspects that you have to understand in order to turn yourself an ex-smoker is to grasp the brilliant aspects of your belief system. Its a remarkable resources that you have in you by nature. But the content of your belief system are  just simply ... all Information. And all you have to do is to re-program your belief system with new sets of information. Those informations are to be tangible informations. Incidentally, I would like to mention here that Informations which are more Tangible are more likely to be remembered by your memory system.

And in order to do all these you must set aside at least one and a half hour of your daily time. And during this one and a half hour of your time you need to do some mental exercises which will will actually make you feel good. And during the other one hour of your time you need to read. Reading during this one hour will pour tangible information in your memory and gradually into you belief system.
