There are many dehydration symptoms, but the top 2 are so common, you might ignore them on a regular basis.
It 's not a good idea; here's why.
1 - No pun intended, but it's really yellow, dark yellow. Yes, your urine gets that way when you're not drinking enough water.
Are you guilty of this?
Or perhaps it's yellow more often than not.
2 - Feeling thirsty is a symptom of dehydration. Drink regularly before you feel thirsty.
If you wait, you're already down in your need for water. Next, you'll feel tired unless you address this.
If you want more energy and vitality, start with your drinking habits.
Each day, do you get enough water?
Are you drinking throughout the day?
A little tougher question maybe - is it water you're drinking? Sugary drinks, coffee or even drinks with added salt aren't going to replenish you.
Many of the sports drinks do have electrolytes, but are still not good for you.
Drink water and plenty of it.
Stay away from the tap water as it has way too much chlorine.
The way you tell if you are drinking enough is that your urine is light yellow or clear.
How much is enough?
Take your weight, divided by two: that's how many fluid ounces you need daily.
So a person that weighs 150 pounds would drink 75 fluid ounces per day.
And why spread it out?
The biggest reason is to match your body's use of water. If you're being especially active or it's hot, you will need more than this.
If you know you will be active, it's better to start drinking before you begin.
The second reason is the body works hard to maintain a delicate balance.
When you are dry, then drink a lot at once, you're actually flooding the cells. Not much better for you than being too dry. Your body works more.
This may sound strange, but by drinking together with eating, you're also working the body a lot more.
So much energy is consumed that might be used elsewhere.
What do I mean?
Gastric juices that digest the food are diluted with the liquid or water.
Digestion is the most energy consuming process you do every day as it is. You don't want to make it harder.
It is not that hard to eat food by itself as long as you're drinking throughout the day.

The cigarette was named some time in the 18th century: beggars in Seville began to pick from the ground the cigar ends left by the señoritos("rich, young men"), wrapped the tobacco remains with paper and smoked them.
