Classes will be held weekly from 6 to 7:30 p.m. through Oct. 22 at the Hanover Community Health & Education Center, 400 York St., Hanover. The program is free."Freedom From Smoking" is an empowering six-week course that helps uncover all the ways to quit smoking and determine which method is best suited for you.
